1 can chickpeas or 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas
1/4 cup fresh caribbean lemon juice (1 large lemon)
1 tsp NAJO JAMAICAN JERK SEASONING
1/4 cup well-stirred tahini.
2 small garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for serving
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt to taste
2 to 3 tablespoons water
